You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it. The following conditions must be met: The product must be returned in its original packaging; The product must be returned without any signs of use or consumption, that is, in the condition in which it was received; The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, manuals and all accompanying accessories. We do not exchange products that are the wrong size for the customer. We provide measurements in centimeters for our products to avoid errors in size selection. As stated in the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, retailers are not legally obligated to exchange products due to a customer's regret regarding color, size, model, or any other reason. IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met. FORMS OF REIMBURSEMENT Credit card refund: This refund may appear on up to two invoices after the return is completed by the payment gateway.
